HBI-DC
In 2002, Leslie Hsu and her husband, Thomas Oh, expanded The Hepatitis B Initiative to the DC area.

HBI-Boston
In 1997, Leslie Hsu, first year at Harvard School of Public Health, and Michael K. Tran, first year at Harvard Medical School, launched the Hepatitis B Initiative in Boston. Michael left the program in 2000.
